TERMS & DIGITAL USE.

THE SERVICE.

Type Two Fun is operated by Plain Rabbit LLC, Florida, for adults 18 and older. Contact: [email protected]. Postal address: 5372 58th Ave N, St Petersburg, FL 33709. Coaching supports physical preparation and practical planning. It is not diagnosis, treatment, technical climbing instruction, emergency monitoring or a guarantee of a trip outcome.

CONSULTATIONS AND PACKAGES.

The free 30-minute consultation is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The paid 90-minute Trail Readiness Audit is a separate service. Package scope, support boundaries, scheduling, price and payment arrangements are agreed before paid work begins. The custom training plan and gear/pack optimization are included within the agreed coaching package scope.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING.

Give at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing [email protected] to reschedule a confirmed coaching call. With less notice, the session is forfeited, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded and the agreed service terms. If Type Two Fun cancels, you may reschedule or receive a refund for that cancelled session. Any cancellation rights that apply by law remain available.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

The Hiking Itinerary costs $5, the Gear List costs $5, and both together cost $8, before any applicable tax shown at checkout. The Emergency Contact Plan and Reaction Time Test are complimentary with first name and email required. Hiking Itinerary and Gear List templates require a Notion account; review the stated requirements before purchase. Paid template checkout and access instructions are provided through Payhip. The Complete Hiking & Elevation Training System is a planned app for iPhone and Android and is not available to purchase.

PERSONAL-USE LICENSE.

You may duplicate and customize your purchased or supplied template for your own personal use. You may not resell it, redistribute the reusable source/template, share it as a competing product or remove ownership notices for redistribution. You may share your own completed itinerary or emergency plan with the people who need it for your trip; this does not grant them a right to redistribute the reusable template.

REFUNDS AND APPLICABLE RIGHTS.

We do not offer voluntary refunds for delivered digital products or completed coaching work. This does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law, including for an undelivered, defective or materially misdescribed product. Contact [email protected] about access or delivery problems. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to digital content, immediate delivery will begin only after the required express consent and acknowledgment concerning that right. If those requirements are not met, any applicable withdrawal right remains available.

BETA WAITLIST.

The first 100 unique valid email signups, in stored order, will be invited to beta test the Complete System when it is ready. Duplicates do not consume places; later signups join the general waitlist. There is no announced release date, immediate beta access or promise of free lifetime access. Signup is not a purchase or newsletter subscription. Sandbox test records do not count toward the eventual live order.

OUTDOOR DECISIONS.

Training and outdoor activities involve risk. Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances, use current route and land-manager information, and seek qualified medical or technical guidance when needed. A quiz, template or coaching discussion does not certify a route as safe. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
