INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE.

Consultation requests collect your email address and any name or message you provide. General inquiries collect your name, email address and message. The Trail Readiness Quiz collects your preparation goals, experience, preferences and contact details. It also asks whether you have dealt with injuries in the last year; that question currently requires an answer. If you include other health information in a message, we receive that information too.

The Complete System waitlist requires a first name and email address, together with the stated age and product-update consent. Reaction Time Test and Emergency Contact Plan requests require a first name and email address and the stated age and resource-access consent. These forms do not enroll you in the newsletter. Technical records may include submission times, source pages, IP addresses, browser information and anti-spam information collected by the website and its form software.

WHY WE USE IT.

We use information to provide the resource or response you request, discuss coaching fit, administer agreed services, maintain purchase and access records, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. A consultation request is not a confirmed appointment. Quiz answers inform preparation discussions; they are not medical clearance.

The product waitlist records unique email signup order and original timestamps to determine the first 100 beta invitations. Duplicate submissions do not take additional places. Sandbox tests do not count. Availability and beta updates you request are separate from newsletter subscription and unrelated marketing.

WHERE INFORMATION GOES.

The website runs on WordPress hosted by Bluehost, using Fluent Forms for the quiz, Elementor Forms for consultation and WPForms for general inquiries. Quiz entries remain in WordPress. Inquiry and consultation messages are handled through Google business Gmail using FluentSMTP, which also keeps delivery logs in WordPress. Product waitlist and complimentary-resource request records are stored in restricted files outside the public website directory and included in controlled backups.

Paid template checkout and delivery are provided by Payhip with Stripe payment processing. They process order, contact, payment and fraud-prevention information according to their own terms and privacy notices. Card details are entered into the provider's checkout; Type Two Fun uses order and fulfillment information to provide support. The available Hiking Itinerary and Gear List are Notion products requiring a Notion account. Your duplicated copy is held in your own Notion workspace. The forthcoming Complete System app is a separate product; joining its waitlist does not create an app account.

Newsletter signup is provided directly by Freda Heights on Substack. Substack processes subscription and related technical information. A newsletter signup is not copied into a parallel WordPress newsletter database. Service providers may process information outside your country. We share information as necessary for these purposes, professional assistance and applicable legal obligations; we do not authorize using health information for advertising.

RETENTION AND DELETION.

We retain inquiry and quiz records for up to 24 months after the last relevant interaction unless needed for an active service, a dispute or a legal obligation. We review inactive product-waitlist records annually and remove them when their purpose ends or you withdraw, subject to necessary consent and eligibility audit records. Complimentary-access and operational email-delivery logs are retained for 12 months; download links expire after 24 hours. Accounting and client records are retained for 48 months, or longer where mandatory retention requirements or an active dispute apply. Routine website backups rotate over 12 months; records may remain in those backups until rotation completes and are removed again if a backup is restored.

You can request access, correction, an export or deletion at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where lawfully necessary. We will consider rights and response periods applicable to your location. Withdrawal from product updates does not undo earlier lawful processing. Use Substack's unsubscribe/account controls for its newsletter, or contact us for help.

COOKIES, STORAGE AND EXTERNAL SERVICES.

The website stores your motion preference in your browser. WordPress and forms use request tokens and may use cookies for authentication and form functions. The Substack signup frame connects your browser to Substack and may use its cookies and related technologies. Its privacy and cookie notices apply to that service. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website and published-template usage. Analytics may process technical information such as pages visited, device/browser details and cookie identifiers. We do not send names, email addresses or quiz answers in analytics events or URLs. On this website, optional analytics load only after you select ALLOW COOKIES. We remember your choice for six months. Use PRIVACY CHOICES in the footer to change or withdraw that choice; declining optional cookies does not prevent use of the website. The Substack newsletter form loads automatically in the footer, connecting your browser to Substack when the page loads. This does not grant consent to Type Two Fun’s Google Analytics. Substack may load its own analytics and advertising technologies independently of this website’s cookie choice. A direct newsletter link is also available. These website controls do not control storage on the separate Notion or Substack websites. Google Analytics user and event data retention is set to 14 months, with the user-data period reset by new activity. This setting does not control most aggregated reports. Type Two Fun does not add advertising pixels, remarketing or unrelated marketing automation to the website; the embedded Substack service operates its own tracking as described above.

SECURITY AND CONTACT.

Access to website, email, purchase and backup records is limited to authorized operations. We do not promise that any transmission or storage system is completely secure.
